We truly understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure a smooth process, please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming your booking:

1. Reservation Confirmation
  • Your booking will be confirmed only after receiving 100% advance payment.
  • If payment is not received within the specified time, the booking will be automatically canceled.
2. Cancellation Policy
  • a) For Peak / High Season - June to October
  • More than 30 days before check-in → 80% refund
  • 15 to 30 days before check-in → 50% refund
  • 7 to 14 days before check-in → 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before check-in → No refund
3. No-Show Policy
  • If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled date of check-in without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
4. Early Check-Out
  • In case of early departure, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
5. Modification / Rescheduling
  • Date changes are allowed once, subject to room availability.
  • Requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the original check-in date.
6. Force Majeure / Natural Disruptions
  • In case of roadblocks, natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control, we will reschedule your booking to a later date.
  • Cash refunds are not applicable in such cases.
7. Refund Timeline
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days into the original payment account.
